The Law Firm of Choice
The Goodwills business has been in operation since April 2003 and, for over 16 years, has provided Estate Planning services for clients all across the country. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a company that has prepared over 50,000 Wills and advised over 55,000 clients.
We are a law firm regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and therefore also abide by their Code of Conduct, which can be found here: CLC code of conduct.
We have been in business for over 15 years, are a regulated law firm and have a reputation for providing first class legal services to our clients.
We don’t just create basic Wills for our clients but, instead, we carefully consider their circumstances and advise them on Trusts, Tax and other considerations.
We endeavour to send out draft Wills to clients within a week of instructions being received, which is considerably faster than our competitors.
Unlike most law firms, we are more than happy to arrange home visits for our clients, so that they can receive a top quality service in the comfort of their own homes.
Although we are regulated, we offer our clients some of the most competitive fees in the Estate Planning and Probate business.

I think, for me, the greatest comfort is knowing that if I come up against a complex or technical issue, a phone call to you or your team and it is quickly resolved.
As a newcomer to Goodwills, and Estate Planning, I have received excellent, and ongoing, training and support, to establish my new business, and expand my customer base. I am very happy to have this opportunity, and excited about my future prospects in this industry.
Since Goodwills Legal Services Ltd took over Goodwills Ltd’s client list in 2014, I have noticed a considerable leap in the professionalism and integrity of the service provided. The guidance and advice I have been given makes for a binding attachment with GLS and, coupled with their ability to undertake regulated legal activity, a budding Will writer can always feel assured of a supportive service.
We want to share with you the most recent news and changes in Estate Planning law, including Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate.
